Remembering Betty White

On Dec. 31, Betty White passed away just 17 days before her 100th birthday. She was an amazing actress who made over 31 films and used her comedic strategies as a superpower. Her age never slowed her abilities down.

White’s comedic work was phenomenal as she received 5 Emmys throughout her career. She starred in shows such as The Golden Girls and The Mary Tyler Moore Show. White achieved a Guinness World Record as the Longest TV Career for a Female Entertainer.

White said,” I may be a senior, but so what? I’m still hot.”

While she was an amazing actor, she was also a selfless woman. White served in WWII with American women’s voluntary service and fought for the nation.

White also made many contributions towards animals, like her donations to the LA Zoo and was given the title of Ambassador to the Animals. Her passion for animals led her to donate even more in order to provide better rescue shelters for animals.A mass donation to aid animals has taken over the internet; it’s called the Betty White challenge.

Even though White passed away her memory lives on. White’s impact will continue to spread and be a lesson for others.
